A simple & introspective pain-relief technique, whether physical or emotional

Living with pain is not living.

The amazing thing about humans is that we adapt.
And the worst thing about humans is that we adapt.

While we have an amazing ability to survive even with the pain, we also have a tendency to put up with things we get used to.

But what if the truth is that our true baseline is the ability to shift our experiences at will?

If you have ongoing chronic pain or discomfort that is:

making you rearrange your daily tasks around it
something you put up with & hope will just go away
making it hard to serve your clients or take care of your loved ones...

Then I have a Physical Pain Unravelling Technique that is natural, simple and effective in resolving your pain so that your life can be your life again.

Requirements for Successful Use of the Technique
There are some preferred conditions for the success of this technique:

You can feel it in your body (as a form of sensation)
You rate it roughly 6 out of 10 (or less) - meaning that you can remain in equanimity and retain focus. If you have a high pain tolerance, you could perhaps use it on a higher rating
You can feel it consistently or predictably that you can access it during the session to learn the technique
When you feel into other body areas that aren't in pain, you feel more sensations than just numbness
You have access to Zoom and a web camera (preferred but not absolute)

Note - this technique can also work on any other felt sensation in the body, such as tightness, tension, aches, heat, physical anxiety (i.e. the language 'spoken' by the physical body in the form of sensation). The technique remains the same.

Statistic Results
Statistics are collected on an ongoing basis, where no personal data is recorded to recognise the individual.

So far, the technique has a success rate of approx. 75% of people being able to reduce pain down to 1 or less (out of 10) within the first session. The range of original pain ratings have been between 4 and 10 (out of 10).

Types of cases included: rheumatoid arthritis, hip pain, migraine/tension headache, continual sore throat, Reynaud's phenomenon, bunion, numbness, lumbar/middle back pain, shoulder pain/tightness, mysterious heart pressure, Morton’s neuroma and mild panic attack.

What's In a Session?

When purchasing a session, you receive:

being taught the Pain Unravelling Technique, using your current pain situation ~ you get first hand account on how your body uses the technique
being shown the variety of sensations that your body could feel, so you can understand the language of the physical body
1:1 guidance from me. I use my empathic ability to sense if you are on track or what to change, so that I can help you with unlocking difficult pain patterns.

You are welcome to have as many sessions as you like to learn, or refresh your understanding of the technique. However, most people can learn the technique in one session & practice it regularly on their own within the first few weeks to memorise it. It's really simple!

You might choose to have more sessions to explore other connections to the pain and delve deeper into the possible root cause, which can at times completely resolve the pain itself.

The Unravelling Techniques work with physical pain, emotional angst, limiting beliefs and/or resistance.
