There are no pre-requisites to coaching with Leah, except:

Openness & imagination
Willingness to take self-responsibility

It is also recommended that you are 18+ years old.

There are no contracts or obligatory commitments, however to have the full experience of this type of work & its benefits (including the development of choices through to completion), fortnightly sessions for at least for 6 to 9 months are recommended. Smaller packages won't develop a set of choices unless requested.
