The session has a set structure that allows us to flow deeper & deeper into the truth.

We feel down to the core emotion (I use my empathic abilities to guide you, where necessary)
We gain clarity what the core emotion is really about - the real reason for the pain
We shift into a more expanded & uplifted emotional reality, and instil a sense of being and action from this place
In more in-depth sessions - we delve into a childhood memory which relates to the emotional pain & shift that simultaneously for a deeper healing
